We begin every meeting by going around the room to see how everyone is doing and where they are emotionally. We do have some fund raising events but focus more on support for the families and troops.
As for the mission statement it is the same as the one for the Blue Star Mothers of America and National Guard.

The meetings are open to
all military branches.
Childcare is NOT provided.
Once a month we have a potluck dinner.

A receipt will be mailed to you from MarineParents.com, Inc. via US Mail to the address on the check.
