This July 18 we'll be packing 300-400 care packages for service members deployed to Afghanistan, Africa, Iraq, Kuwait, or Syria, and we want to include Frogg Toggs and high-electrolyte drink mix tablets for our heroes in each box. Our deployed troops need to know that we're behind them, and we need your help to meet our goal!
Even though our men and women in uniform are tougher than most of us, they still get hot (especially when deployed to a part of the world in which summer temperatures routinely hover around 110 degrees), and it's our goal to help keep them cool and comfortable this summer. Frogg Toggs are towels that, when wet, begin to evaporate and cool, providing cool, soft comfort to the user and the drink mix tablets help our troops replace electrolytes that they lose while on patrol in the heat, helping them stay hydrated, healthy, and alert.
Our service members brave the elements protecting our freedom and way of life every day. For the next week, let's help our troops beat the heat and let them know that America still supports them as we try to reach our goal of raising $10,000 by Friday, July 17. It may seem like a lofty goal, but with your kindness and generosity, we can reach it in no time!
