MPTA Helps Marine Mom, Dana, Attend Graduation
Thank you, Marine Parents Travel Assistance!
On Friday, January 16, 2026, Marine Parents Travel Assistance sent Dana, Mother of a recruit, to San Diego for the recruit's graduation from Charlie Company to become a Marine.
Thank you very much for your generous donation toward my travel. Your support is deeply appreciated and was a significant help in enabling me to attend the graduation events in San Diego. Because of your help, I arrived late Wednesday night and was able to attend Family Day. After thirteen long weeks, I finally got to see and embrace my son. My heart was full, and I am incredibly proud of the man he has become. I am truly grateful for your kindness and for making this dream come true. I am so proud to be part of the Marine Corps family and now truly understand the meaning of Semper Fidelis. Thank you again for your blessings and generosity. Dana, New Marine Mom
