Valerie Greene

Valerie is from New Hampshire where she lives with her husband, a Marine and retired firefighter. She has been a nurse for 25 years. She happily shares her home with 2 dogs but would have many, many more if she could. Married for 22 years, together they raised 2 daughters. Her oldest is in her final year of nursing school and her youngest graduated bootcamp from MCRD Parris Island in August 2023.

Her daughter leaving for boot camp was a whole new experience for Valerie. When she found MarineParents.com, she felt the support she needed to navigate this new journey of becoming a MoM. This is a whole new world for parents and loved ones just as it is for our recruits/Marines and Valerie wants to give back to this community and share support and encouragement as others embark on this amazing journey.
