Volunteers with Five Years and/or 4000+ Hours in Service

This year, National Volunteer Week is April 18-24, 2021. MarineParents.com would like to take this time to recognize our volunteers with five years and/or 4000+ hours in service.

Volunteers with Five Years and/or 4000+ Hours in Service

There are six volunteers who have reached incredible milestones in volunteer service in the past few months. It's a milestone that included incredible personal commitment, with either five years in service, or 4000+ hours in service, or for one of our volunteers, both five years and 4000+ hours! The recognition for the contribution of each to the organization should come easily, but in fact, it is difficult. It's difficult because a simple "thank you" will never be enough. It goes without saying that none of these people expect anything in return for their time and service.

To each of you, Joan, Shannon, Ellen, Diana, Teresa, and Jennifer, thank you for your incredible commitment and boundless energy in supporting your fellow volunteers, in supporting recruits and Marine family members, in spreading awareness of the organization's good works, and in leading the charge to share our mission of support and information. Our organization is a better place because of your service and dedication!
