Correen (Correen Walker) from Palm City, FL
Marine
and
Correen currently lives in South Florida with her loving husband, Matt, their three daughters,
and three dogs, after having lived in four other states. Each of her children celebrated their
1st birthday in a different state from the other. Her oldest daughter is set to graduate from
college at the end of the year and is also an active member of the marching band, playing
the quads. Her middle daughter is currently working at an esteemed local restaurant.
Correen's youngest daughter graduated high school a year early and became a Marine in
April.
When Correen's daughter left for boot camp, she became a member of the Marine Parents
Facebook group. That group provided so much insight, encouragement, and daily support
that Correen decided to volunteer. She wanted to give back and help others navigate the
journey of becoming a part of the Marine Family just as she had experienced.
